Our applications are engineered in strict accordance with global privacy legislation and child safety frameworks, including the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the UK & EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK Information Commissioner’s Office ICO Children’s Code (Age Appropriate Design Code), the EU Digital Services Act (DSA), and the Apple App Store / Google Play Store “Made for Kids” requirements.

1. Core Safety & Compliance Principles

1.1 Zero Personal Data Collection & Data Minimisation

  • No Account Creation: Users can play all games instantly without signing up, entering email addresses, names, or phone numbers.
  • No Telemetry or Device Fingerprinting: We do not request, harvest, or store IP addresses, device serial numbers, location data, or biometric data.
  • Zero Permissions Requested: Our apps request zero device permissions (no access to camera, microphone, contacts, or location services).

1.2 No Advertising, Tracking, or Profiling

  • 100% Advert-Free Experience: No banner adverts, pop-ups, video adverts, or sponsored content exist anywhere in our applications.
  • No Targeted Ads or Analytics: We do not integrate advertising networks or behavioural analytics SDKs.
  • Zero Algorithmic Profiling: We do not use algorithms to profile children, track play patterns, or deliver targeted content.

1.3 Best Interests of the Child & Ethical Design

  • No Nudge Techniques or Dark Patterns: Our games do not use psychological streak mechanics, artificial urgency timers, or push notifications to lure children into excessive screen time.
  • High Privacy by Default: The highest level of privacy protection is enabled out-of-the-box for all users with zero configuration required.
  • Child-Friendly Presentation: All visuals, game mechanics, and interfaces are designed specifically to be joyful, calm, and age-appropriate.

1.4 On-Device Local Data Storage & Full Parent Sovereignty

  • 100% Local Storage: Game scores, difficulty settings, daily time limits, and parental PIN configurations are stored exclusively on the local device.
  • Zero External Servers: No user data is ever transmitted to or stored on external cloud servers.
  • Instant Complete Deletion: Parents retain complete control over local data. Uninstalling the application immediately and permanently erases all local data with zero server footprints.

1.5 Mandatory “Grown-ups Only” PIN Protection

  • Locked Administrative Gate: Access to Parental Controls, daily time limits, game visibility toggles, optional creator support links (e.g., ‘Buy Me a Coffee’), and external web links is protected behind a mandatory 6-digit PIN gate.
  • Adult Onboarding Disclaimer: Initial PIN creation requires explicit adult confirmation.
  • Automatic Re-Locking: Exiting the Parental Controls menu automatically re-locks the section to prevent unauthorised child access.
